1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using the BeautifulPDF web service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
BeautifulPDF is a web-based service that lets users export ChatGPT conversations via a browser extension and convert them into professionally formatted PDF documents using Typst. Exported chats are transmitted to and temporarily stored on our servers so you can preview and download the PDF. They are deleted within 2 hours of the last preview update and are not permanently stored.
3. Accounts and beta access
BeautifulPDF is currently offered as a free public beta. You need an account to download PDFs. We do not charge for the Service during the beta and there is no subscription, trial, or payment processor in use. Paid plans may be introduced later; we will update these terms before charging anyone.
We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that abuse the Service or threaten reliability for other users.
4. Fair Use Policy
All access, including unlimited beta use, is subject to reasonable fair-use limits designed to protect service reliability and prevent abuse. We reserve the right to restrict or suspend accounts that exhibit usage patterns inconsistent with normal individual use.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, and code, is owned by BeautifulPDF and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the content you export using our Service.
7. Third-Party Platforms
BeautifulPDF is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI or any other AI platform. The browser extension currently supports ChatGPT only. We do not guarantee that exported PDFs will perfectly preserve the original formatting, appearance, or content of third-party AI platforms, as these may change without notice.
8. Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all systems or AI platform updates. The beta may have stricter resource limits (request size and generation time) than a future paid service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeautifulPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes by email when possible.
